The TRUEFORM.TRAINER™ is a curved manual treadmill. It is a rugged, quality-built cardio solution for any home gym or sports facility. Designed to be virtually maintenance-free the non-motorized TRUEFORM.TRAINER™ is great for the environment - no electricity needed.

The TRUEFORM.TRAINER is a Get On and Go Workout. Simple and user-friendly for all ages and skill levels - and ideal for team events and relays. It offers a budget-conscious alternative to the USA hand-crafted RUNNER and its lighter weight and compact size make it easy to move and maneuver for indoor and outdoor HIIT and other competitive sporting events. Want to take your TRAINER up a mountain? No problem, we’ve done that!

Make no mistake, the TRUEFORM.TRAINER is still a workhorse of a treadmill, with its steel frame construction and heavy-duty, impact absorbing slatted running surface handling users up to 400 pounds running at top speed.

With its gentle curve of 2.5 inches from the lowest part of the curve to the highest point near the front and rear, the TRAINER provides the least steep curve on the market, which promotes good walking, running, and sprinting form. The shallow curve also allows you to easily and safely control your speed.

The proprietary Responsive Belt Technology™ reacts to every subtlety in your movement – balance, posture, hip position, foot strike and more – creating the most natural treadmill running surface and experience when compared to running outdoors. You will immediately feel when your body is not in the optimal position for running or walking. The runner has to be in balance at all times, improving core strength. Although you will feel the difference immediately, both on and off the Trainer, long term use of TRUEFORM™ treadmills will promote better movement patterns improving overall health and wellness.

TRUEFORM.RUNNER: The original owner of a TRUEFORM.RUNNER will hold a Best in Class Warranty.  We stand by our frames for 20 years - the longest warranty of any treadmill we know of!

We don't believe you will need it, but if you do - we stand by our products.

TRUEFORM.TRAINER: The original owner of a TRUEFORM.TRAINER will hold a Best in Class Warranty.  We stand by our frames for 10 years. Unlike many of our competitors, we stand by our products.

Freight Terms and Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy allows you to send back your purchase, within 30 days of the date you receive delivery, for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price less fees:

ORDER CANCELLATION:

• Prior to shipping: 3% credit card fee plus $25 admin fee.
• Once shipped but not yet delivered: 3% credit card plus 10% restocking fee plus outbound shipping fee.
• Once delivered (within 30 days of delivery): 3% credit card plus 10% restocking fee outbound shipping plus return shipping to Chester, CT.
• Goods must be returned in the original packing including pallet otherwise a box and pallet delivery fee will be charged - 919.341.9415*

*Does not apply with White Glove Delivery.

 

REFUND (WHERE APPLICABLE)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@myhomegymUSA.com.

EXCHANGES (WHERE APPLICABLE)

After 30 days we only replace items under warranty, for example if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your TRUEFORM.TRAINER for a TRUEFORM.RUNNER please send us an email at info@myhomegymUSA.com. Please check your warranty to understand which shipping and return shipping charges are covered. To return your product, you should contact our email info@myhomegymUSA.com.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department with the tracking number.

We anticipate shipping within 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated in a product or a specific offer's terms and conditions.

Your TRUEFORM is shipped via FedEx.

Depending on the shipping option you choose, your TRUEFORM will be delivered:

• Basic Economy by Appointment: Front Door, Back Door, or Garage with signature required. No assembly or installation.

In addition we can offer two additional options (not available in all areas)

• Premium by Appointment: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal. No assembly or installation.

• White Glove Delivery: Room of choice on any floor in the house with packing removal, assembly and installation - hop on and run!

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@myhomegymUSA.com.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 1-919-341-9415, the chat in the bottom right, or email info@myhomegymUSA.com any time. 

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Custom order brands include Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, Etc.).

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of My Home Gym USA's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a valid warranty claim. Contact sales@myhomegymUSA.com for any questions.
