The Hydra features the Storm Series’ classic 3-inch-by-3-inch uprights and adjustability options that transform the Hydra from a leg extension machine to a leg curl machine all while sitting down since the pull pins are easily within reach.
The lower leg roll features 18 points of adjustability including swivels and pivots, and the 2.5-inch-thick backrest slides forward and backward so that most athletes, regardless of their size and body type, can easily find a position that is most comfortable for them.
The Hydra's 300-pound weight stack offers ample resistance for advanced athletes but scales all the way down to 20 pounds to accommodate beginners.
