Tiki Bars

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our Tiki Bars against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the Tiki Bar, refer to your assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.

Natural Palm Thatch has a 1 year warranty.

Canadian Timber Collection | Dundalk Units

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse  or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

Hot Tubs

The Dundalk Collection by LeisureCraft Inc. Hot Tubs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.

This warranty does not cover burned or melted hot tub heaters do to starting the fire without water in the heater and hot tub, DO NOT light a fire in the heater until the heater and tub or both full with water.

Outdoor Showers

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our outdoor showers against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the outdoor shower, (eg. plumbing, cleaning or staining the shower) refer to your outdoor shower assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5 year warranty.

Order Changes & Returns Policy

Order Cancelation Policy

  • Up to 14 days from order entry – you can cancel the order without penalty
  • After 14 days, a $65.00 cancelation fee will apply
  • Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be canceled
  • For all Canadian Timber Collection products, Customers will have 24 hours to cancel the order for the $65.00 cancelation fee

Order Change Policy

  • Up to 14 days from order entry – you can edit/change the order without penalty
  • After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee would apply
    1. Examples: adding removing products, adding removing options, changing the ship to address, changing the shipping method, etc.
  • Within 7 days of the ship date, the order cannot be edited or changed
  • After the product has shipped, if the Customer wants to change the ship to address, a $250 fee will apply
  • For all Canadian Timber Collection products, customers will have 24 hours to change the order for the $65.00 change fee. After 24 hours, the order can not be changed.

Returns

  • Our stated return policy is:  We do not accept returns
    1. It is very expensive to return products back across the border
  • If a product must be returned to the factory, the following will apply:
    1. 20% Restocking fee
    2. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to the factory
    3. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition
    4. Leisurecraft will inspect the product upon return and Leisurecraft will be the sole decider of the condition of the product and the amount of the refund.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact us, so we can contact the shipper and the manufacturer.
  • Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”

Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery

  • If a customer refuses delivery and the Dealer asks Leisurecraft for assistance in selling the product to another Dealer, the following will apply:
    1. 15% Restocking charge
    2. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to the new delivery address

Please contact us with your order ID to make any changes or cancelations. We will do our best to accommodate your needs needs at all times. Please remember to double check your order confirmation that is emailed to avoid any issues with the orders after 14 days.

We appreciate your business and accept the fact that we might also occasionally make a mistake on your order. Any order change or cancelation fees will not apply in this scenario.

Shipping Terms

Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities

  • Building and packing your sauna in a crate
  • Arranging for shipping to your home

Trucking Company Responsibilities

  • Making an appointment to deliver your sauna
  • Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside
    1. The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the sauna
    2. The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway
    3. Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18 wheel truck
      1. Will this size truck fit on your road or neighborhood?
  • If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck.
  • If the sauna crate is more than 92”, there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery
  • Determining how the sauna is going to be unloaded from the truck
    1. Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
    2. The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna
  • Customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck
    1. Suggested methods for unloading the truck
      1. Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment
        1. When using a fork lift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and fork lift extensions are
      2. Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home
      3. Have a crew of helpers able to either take the sauna off the truck or unload the crate while on the truck until the crate can be lifted off the truck
  • If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact us, so we can contact the shipper and the manufacturer.
  • Mark the Bill of Lading (BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged- Possible Hidden Damage.”

Delivery, Unloading and Change of Address Policy

Unloading Crates

Per Dundalk’s shipping terms, the customer is responsible for getting the crate off the delivery truck.

If the crate is 92” or shorter, it will fit on a liftgate, and the customer and the truck driver can lower the crate to the ground.

If the crate is longer than 92” a liftgate will not be available to assist in lowering the crate to the ground.

Therefore, the customer will need to do one of the following options:

  • Arrange for a crew of people to help unload the crate by hand
  • Arrange for a piece of equipment to be available to unload the crate
  • Use a trailer and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal
  • Rent a tilt tow truck and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal

If the customer cannot do any of the above and they want Dundalk to arrange for a tilt tow truck, we will provide this service for a cost. The cost will be $500 and we will bill you for the charge.

Change of Ship to Address

If the customer changes the ship to address prior to their order leaving the factory, we will change the address free of charge. However, if the customer changes the ship to address after their order leaves the factory there will be a $250 charge for this service and we will bill you for the amount. 

Storage Charges

After a sauna has shipped and arrived at the local delivery terminal, if the customer does not respond quickly to calls to arrange a delivery appointment, needs to determine how to unload the crate, needs to provide an alternate phone number or any other reason which creates a delay to the delivery of the sauna and the trucking company starts to charge storage fees, these storage fees will be billed to you as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@myhomegymUSA.com.

Cancellations & Refunds: At My Home Gym USA, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 1-919-341-9415, the chat in the bottom right, or email info@myhomegymUSA.com any time. 

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Custom order brands include Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, Etc.).

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of My Home Gym USA's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a valid warranty claim. Contact sales@myhomegymUSA.com for any questions.
