For durability, the Bristow 2-person outdoor traditional sauna is constructed of aged Canadian hemlock wood and features a shingled roof to protect against the elements. A front window offers additional lighting, while the double-paneled wall construction provides superior heat retention. The 4.5kW electric Harvia heater includes lava rocks and is ample for maintaining temperatures up to 170 degrees. Additional features include chromotherapy mood lighting, a Bluetooth speaker system, a hygrometer, and a sand timer. A 44-inch wide bench seat makes it a comfortable sauna for two.

Assembly
SunRay Saunas are easy to assemble and each model comes with complete instructions. It typically takes about an hour for assembly and two people are required. Most SunRay Saunas feature plug in electrical connections and go together easily with turnbuckle latches. All SunRay Saunas are pre-tested at the factory to ensure smooth operation when you receive it.

FAQ
How long does it take to assemble the sauna?
Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble. Two people are required. For more information on the assembly of the unit please see the assembly instructions.
Are there any special tools required to assemble the sauna?
No, the only tool you need to assemble the sauna is a phillips head screwdriver or drill with a phillips head bit.
What voltage does the unit run on?
All SunRay saunas use UL listed plugs and operate on 110V. Some larger saunas require a non-standard 20 amp plug and require a 20 amp circuit.
Can I place the sauna on the second floor?
Most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs, so yes you can place a sauna on the second floor.
Can I use the sauna outdoors?
All SunRay saunas except the outdoor models must be used indoors. They are not suitable for outdoor use. Outdoor saunas require that the cover be placed on them while not in use.
How do I clean the sauna?
First, unplug the sauna and make sure it is cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior of your sauna mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe down the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. The glass in your sauna can be cleaned with glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.
How often do I need to clean the sauna?
The sauna should be cleaned every 6 months or at your discretion if you are using it regularly. Using a towel to sit on while in the sauna will capture a lot of the sweat and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning the sauna.
How soon will my sauna be shipped after purchase?
In stock products will be shipped the next business day following order placement. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. We try to keep all products in stock however we may not have stock of some items due to demand. Please contact us at 1-725-888-8644 to confirm if an item in stock.
Warranty
Defective Products Policy
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us at 1-725-888-8644. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy which can be found under our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out , you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.
All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@myhomegymUSA.com.
The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

Sunray Saunas Shipping
We ship our saunas directly from our warehouse to your door. There is no middle man, and no drop shipping. All units are brand new in the box. We ship anywhere in the USA within 8-10 business days for in stock models. Stock changes frequently so please contact us if you need a specific delivery date. In stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
A tracking number for your order will be provided at the time of shipment.
Your shipment will be delivered with a lift gate on board the delivery truck which will easily lower the shipping crate slowly and safely into your driveway.
Residential Delivery Service
Residential delivery is a standard service that we provide which delivers the sauna shipment directly to your residence.
Commercial Delivery Service
Commercial delivery service is available to any business in the US or Canada at no additional charge.
Safe Handling
Our shipping services include extra packaging to keep your sauna in perfect condition when it arrives at your door. Our packaging has the normal cardboard and styrofoam packing materials in addition to corner protectors inside the packaging. We also reinforce the shipping pallet using top grade lumber to crate each and every unit into safely moving cargo.
Notify Prior to Delivery
We provide a notification service to each customer when the unit has left our ware house via phone and we will also contact you prior to the actual delivery in order to schedule the delivery window with you to ensure you are there when the shipment arrives. This ensures you are there to inspect the unit and to accept the delivery. The shipping company will not show up at your home unexpected.
Delivery Policy
When your sauna is delivered, the purchaser of the unit must be present for the delivery. The purchaser is required to inspect the packaging for damage, torn boxes, or holes in any of the packaging. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure that the product you received is in good condition. Damage that is noted will be covered by our warranty policy. Damages that are reported later with no exemptions on the delivery receipt will not be covered. The packages must be opened within 3 days of receiving them to ensure the product is in good condition. If damage is found internally with no damage to the outside of the box, call the shipping company and SunRay Saunas at 800. 976.5530 right away to report the issue. Any type of internal damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery in order to be covered.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Custom order brands include Outdoor Plus, Fire By Design, Fireplaces, Etc.).
These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of My Home Gym USA's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use.
